About The 2008 Mask
Allison Moore
a local ceramic artist, designed the 2008 mask for Puget Sound Blood Center. Allison worked with the staff and facilities at Bruning Pottery to create the mold and press more than 400 ceramic copies. Then Bruning Pottery fettled and cleaned the masks and fired them with no glaze.
